Brewery Nyx

Brewery Nyx is the first gluten-free brewery in Michigan. The owner of Brewery Nyx, Jess, wanted to bring people together who have had to shy away from beer due to health reasons. Brewery Nyx regularly uses alternative grains like rice and millet in its grain bills. If you think this constricts the brewing process, think again. Brewery Nyx regularly puts out beers across the spectrum, including rich stouts and fruited wheat beers.
