My Beer Box order requires an adult signature. How will I know when it will be delivered?

Once your order ships you will receive an email with shipping details. Anyone 21 or older can sign for the package.

My payment failed. What do I do?

Log into your account, click on Payment Methods, edit or delete and add the new credit card information. Then assign your subscription to the updated payment method. This can be done via the “My subscriptions” tab in /my-account.

Will I still receive next month’s box if I update my payment information after the cutoff date?

If your payment information is updated after the 20th of the current month, you will not receive next month’s beer club box. Your subscription will resume the following month. Please contact [email protected] for additional concerns

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order prior to shipment by reaching out to our Customer Success Department at [email protected] or by calling us (855)461-2337. Please be aware that once your box has shipped your order cannot be cancelled.

Can I put my Beer Club subscription on hold?

Your Beer Club subscriptions can be put on hold for a maximum of 3 consecutive months. Once the term has been completed, your subscription will automatically resume.

How do I make a special shipping request?

Please call us at 855-461-2337 for any special requests. Order notes are for gift messages only. Any shipping requests written in the order notes will not be honored.

Are there certain states where you cannot ship products containing alcohol?

Unfortunately, there are a few states due to local laws where we cannot ship alcohol. Those states are Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Indiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Utah, Vermont, West Virginia.

Why can’t you ship to my state or country?

Laws in some states, and internationally, unfortunately prohibit the shipment of alcohol and we comply with those laws.

What should I do if my order is missing items?

If your order is missing any items please contact our Customer Success department at [email protected] or by calling us at (855) 461-2337.

Can my order be rerouted?

We apologize but unfortunately once an order has shipped it cannot be re-routed.

What happens if I miss the initial delivery of my order?

Our carriers will attempt delivery three times. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. Since beer degrades during multiple shipments, a new box will be sent. If your box is returned, a new shipment will cost $15 in shipping plus a $25 restocking fee.

No refunds will be issued: Please note that, due to the perishable nature of our product, no refunds will be issued for packages that cannot be successfully delivered or returned to us.  If you have any concerns or questions about your shipment, please reach out to our customer support team, and we will be happy to assist you

I see that some products require an adult signature. Why, and how does that work?

Any product that contains alcohol will require an adult signature, and we cannot ship those products to a handful of states (Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Indiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Vermont, West Virginia) or internationally.

What should I do if my order is missing items?

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order prior to shipment by logging into your account, reaching out to our Customer Success Department at [email protected], or by calling us (855)461-2337. Please be aware that once your box has shipped your order cannot be cancelled or refunded. Once shipped, the sale is final and cannot be refunded. If you are mid the subscription term, cancellation fees may occur.

 

Will there be any cancellation fees if I cancel before the end of the subscription term?

Yes, we reserve the right to apply cancellation fees if you choose to cancel before the end of the term. The cancellation fee will be determined based on the used portion of your subscription as follows:

  • 6-Month Subscription: The fee will be calculated by subtracting the applicable standard subscription price for the used portion of your subscription from the discounted 6-month subscription price, multiplied by the number of months used.
  • 3-Month Subscription: The fee will be calculated by subtracting the discounted 3-month subscription price from the standard monthly subscription price, multiplied by the number of months used.

Please note that the cancellation fee will be applied in addition to any other fees or charges associated with your subscription and use of the Service.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final once the order has been processed. Refunds will not be given. Contact our Customer Success Department at [email protected] or by calling us (855)461-2337 if you need assistance.
