Une Annee Brewery launched in Chicago in 2013 and immediately focused its efforts on crafting delicate Belgian-inspired ales and barrel-aged beers. Une Annee’s signature beers include Le Seul XII and Saison Japon. The brewery distributes throughout Chicago and has won multiple awards for their beers.
