Using regionally grown ingredients, hand-processed fruit and yeast harvested from around South Dakota, Covert Artisan Ales specializes in beer that is complex, funky and delicious. Styles such as saisons and wheat ales are blended to craft a unique beverage experience. Covert Artisan Ales also brews non-sour beers, including a lineup of IPAs and European-inspired beers.
